中药熏蒸结合中药外敷及内服治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in combination with traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment of yellow lignite is observed

目的探讨中药熏蒸结合中药外敷及内服治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法通过对2015年2月至2016年10月在我院治疗的96例黄褐斑患者随机分组,对照组更具辩证法给予中药内服治疗;观察组再次基础上给予中药外敷和化浊解毒熏蒸法治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、症状缓解时间、治疗前后两组血清雌二醇水平、黄褐斑皮损积分及中医兼症积分。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(79.17%);观察组症状消失时间较对照组短,治疗后血清雌二醇水平、黄褐斑皮损积分、中医兼症积分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论针对黄褐斑患者采用中药熏蒸结合中药外敷及内服治疗可提高疗效,降低血清雌二醇水平,更快缓解黄褐斑症状,临床值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and the clinical curative effect of internal medicine in the treatment of chloasma.Methods In February2015to October2016in our hospital treatment of96patients with chloasma randomized,control group more dialectics to give Chinese medicine internal medicine treatment;Observation group again on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and change chaotic detoxification fumigation treatment.Compared the two groups total effective treatment,symptom relief time,the two groups before and after the treatment,the serum estradiol levels,chloasma,skin points and traditional Chinese medicine and disease.Results The observation group total effective rate(93.75%)than the control group(79.17%);Observation group symptoms disappear time is the shorter of the control group,after treatment the serum estradiol levels,chloasma,skin,and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine integral are lower than the control group.P<0.05.Conclusion In view of chloasma were treated by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment and internal medicine treatment can improve curative effect,reduce the serum estradiol levels,faster alleviate symptoms of chloasma,clinical worth popularization and application.
