江华瑶族自治县可持续发展度评估研究

The Sustainable Development Evaluation of Jiang Hua Yao Autonomous County

基于对国内外可持续发展评价研究进展的分析,结合江华瑶族自治县发展特点及生态文明建设现状,构建以可持续发展度为总目标的可持续发展评价指标体系。采用层次分析法、专家评价法及综合评分模型对江华瑶族自治县2012~2015年可持续发展度进行量化分析。结果表明,江华瑶族自治县可持续发展水平在生态文明建设过程中呈现稳步上升的趋势,但社会子系统存在波动,可持续发展水平有待提高。

Based on the latest accomplishment of sustainable development evaluation and the development and ecological civilization construction of Yao Autonomous County of Jianghua,,we have set up a sustainable development evaluation index system and constructed sustainable development for the County..Using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and expert evaluation,the sustainable development2012~2015years of quantitative of the county have been investigated combining with the comprehensive evaluation model.The results showed that the level of sustainable development in Yao Autonomous County of Jiang Hua has potential to rise steadily in the process of the construction of ecological civilization However,there are some fluctuations in the social subsystem,and still should improve the level of the sustainable development in the county.
