自拟糖清煎治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Self-made Tangqing Decoction

目的观察自拟糖清煎治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2015年4月至2016年4月于沈阳市第七人民医院内分泌科收治的糖尿病患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用常规西医治疗糖尿病的方法,试验组30例,在对照组基础上采用口服中药糖清煎,观察患者血糖、血脂和糖化血红蛋白。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论糖清煎汤治疗2型糖尿病患者疗效肯定。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Tangqing Decoction in patients with type2diabetes mellitus.Methods60patients with diabetes from April2015to April2016in the Seventh People's Hospital of Shenyang city from the Department of Endocrinology were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method,30cases in the control group,using the method of conventional western medicine in the treatment of diabetes,30cases of experimental group,on the basis of the control group using Tangqing Decoction,observation of patients blood glucose,blood lipid and glycosylated hemoglobin.Results The experimental group was better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of the Tangqing Decoction for the treatment of type2diabetes mellitus is certain.
