牙体牙髓病临床治疗中不同根管填充程度对临床治疗效果的影响分析

Influence analysis of the clinical effect of the filling degree of different root canals on the clinical treatment of dental pulp disease

目的:探讨牙体牙髓病临床治疗中不同根管填充程度对临床治疗效果的影响。方法:收治牙体牙髓病患者90例,根据填充程度不同分为适量组、欠量组、超量组,各30例。结果:适量组治疗总有效率显著优于其余两组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后,适量组疼痛发生率显著低于其余两组(P<0.05)。结论:牙体牙髓病治疗中适量的根管填充可有效改善患者牙髓情况,降低患者的疼痛感,且减少患者不适感。

Objective:To investigate the influence of filling degree of different root canals on the clinical treatment effect of dental pulp disease.Methods:90patients with dental pulp diseases were selected.According to the degree of filling,they were divided into the right group,the deficit group and the excess group with30cases in each group.Results:The total effective rate of the patients in the right group was significantly better than the other two groups(P<0.05).At the end of treatment,the incidence of pain in the right group was significantly lower than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with dental pulp disease,proper amount of root canal filling can improve the pulp condition effectively,reduce the pain and reduce the discomfort of patients.
