小切口治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床疗效观察

Small incision in the treatment of inguinal hernia in children

目的:探讨小切口治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法:收治小儿腹股沟疝患者46例,均采用横形小切口行疝高位结扎术,观察治疗效果。结果:所有患儿均预后良好。结论:小切口治疗小儿腹股沟疝的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of small incision in the treatment of inguinal hernia in children.Methods:46cases of children with inguinal hernia were selected.They were treated with high ligation of hernia using a transverse small incision,and we observed the treatment effect.Results:All the children had good prognosis.Conclusion:The effect of small incision in the treatment of inguinal hernia in children was significant.
