膀胱癌患者采用经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗对其并发症发生率及复发率的影响分析

Influence of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate in the treatment of bladder cancer for its complication rate and recurrence rate

目的:探讨膀胱癌患者采用经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗对其并发症发生率及复发率的影响。方法:收治膀胱癌患者74例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用开放性膀胱部分切除术,研究组采用经尿道等离子体双极电切术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组的各项临床指标均优于对照组,并发症发生率和复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗膀胱癌的临床效果显著,并发症发生率较低,对患者身体损伤较小。

Objective:To explore the influence of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate in the treatment of bladder cancer for its complication rate and recurrence rate.Methods:74patients with bladder cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with open partial cystectomy,and the study group was treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications and recurrence rate were significantly lower the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate in the treatment of bladder cancer was significant.The complication rate was low,and it was less damaging to the patient's body.
