微创前入路锁定加压接骨板治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效观察

Curative effect of minimally invasive anterior approach locking compression plate in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture

目的:探讨微创前入路治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效。方法:收治肱骨干骨折患者12例,采用微创前入路治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:切口全甲级愈合,无桡神经及肌皮神经损伤,12例骨折均达到骨性愈合,肩肘关节功能评分优。结论:微创前入路治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of minimally invasive anterior approach in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture.Methods:12patients with humeral shaft fracture were selected.They were treated using minimally invasive anterior approach,and we observed the therapeutic effects.Results:All incisions healed by grade A without radial nerve and musculocutaneous nerve injury.All the12fractures reached bony union.The function score of shoulder and elbow joint wasexcellent.Conclusion:The effect of minimally invasive anterior approach in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture was significant.
