有机磷中毒患者院前血液灌流中并发症的预防及处理

Prevention and management of complications of hemoperfusion in patients with organophosphorus poisoning

目的:探讨有机磷农药中毒院前紧急血液灌流(HP)治疗中常见并发症的预防及处理办法。方法:选取院前有机磷农药中毒患者,采用树脂吸附血液灌流进行紧急抢救治疗,及时发现并处理并发症;并采取积极有效的处理,保证血液灌流的顺利进行。结果:对并发症患者均做好预防及积极处理,保证HP治疗的顺利进行,治疗结束后患者均平稳转送至ICU。结论:有机磷农药中毒院前紧急血液灌流治疗中及时发现并处理并发症,可积累治疗经验,确保操作安全。

Objective:To investigate on the prevention and treatment of common complications in the treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in pre hospital emergency hemoperfusion.Methods:Patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were selected.They were given emergency rescue treatment with resin adsorption hemoperfusion,detected and treated on hypotension in time,and took positive and effective treatment,in order to ensure the blood perfusion smoothly.Results:Complications were good prevention and active treatment,ensure the smooth progress of the HP treatment,and patients after treatment were smoothly transferred to the ICU.Conclusion:The prevention and treatment of common complications in the treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in pre hospital emergency hemoperfusion can accumulate experience in treatment,in order to ensure the safety of operation.
