摘要
目的:探讨神经内科老年眩晕患者的发病原因、特点、治疗手段与效果。方法:收治老年眩晕患者86例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各43例。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年眩晕患者的发病原因存在差异,临床诱导眩晕的主要原因是后循环缺血。患病情况与性别、年龄、基础疾病也有一定的关系。
Objective:To investigate the causes,characteristics,treatment methods and effects of senile vertigo in neurology department.Methods:86elderly patients with vertigo were selected in neurology department.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with43cases in each group.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The causes of vertigo in elderly patients are different,and the main cause of clinical vertigo is posterior circulation ischemia.The condition of the disease is related to sex,age and basic disease.
