三联疗法治疗寻常性银屑病疗效分析

Efficacy of triple therapy for psoriasis vulgaris

目的:探讨NB-UVB照射疗法、卤米松以及他卡西醇三联疗法治疗寻常性银屑病的效果。方法:收治寻常性银屑病患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予NB-UVB照射疗法治疗,观察组给予NB-UVB照射疗法、卤米松以及他卡西醇三联治疗。结果:治疗后4周及8周,观察组患者PASI评分比对照组高(P<0.05),观察组不良反应明显比对照组少(P<0.05)。结论:在寻常型银屑病的治疗中,运用NB-UVB照射疗法、卤米松以及他卡西醇三联疗法的安全性高,临床效果好。

Objective:To investigate the effects of NB-UVB irradiation combineded with halometasone and tacalcitol triple therapy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:100patients with psoriasis vulgaris were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with50cases in each group.The control group were given NB-UVB radiation therapy,while the observation group were given NB-UVB irradiation therapy combineded with halometasone and tacalcitol triple therapy.Results:After treated for4weeks and8weeks,the PASI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,using NB-UVB irradiation therapy combined with halometasone and tacalcitol triple therapy was safe,and also has better clinical effect.
