孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children

目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法:收治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者76例,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组给予布地奈德气雾剂治疗,研究组给予布地奈德气雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠进行治疗。结果:研究组治疗总有效率及肺功能情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),临床症状缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘能够有效改善患儿肺功能情况,加速症状的缓解。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.Methods:76children with cough variant asthma were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group were given budesonide aerosol treatment,while in the study group were given budesonide aerosol combination with montelukast treatment.Results:The total effective rate and pulmonary function of the study group were obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the remission time of the clinical symptoms was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children can effectively improve the pulmonary function of children and accelerate the remission of symptoms.
