微创手术配合药物治疗肝胆管结石120例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of minimally invasive surgery combined with medicine in the treatment of hepatolithiasis in 120 cases

目的:探讨微创手术配合药物治疗肝胆管结石的疗效。方法:收治肝胆管结石患者120例,将其随机分为观察组(微创手术配合药物治疗)和对照组(微创手术治疗),各60例。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者治愈率相对更高,其残石率、复发率及并发症发生率相对更低。观察组的TBIL和ALT水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝胆管结石的微创手术治疗配合应用药物治疗,能够进一步提升临床治疗的安全性和有效性。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of minimally invasive surgery combined with medicine in the treatment of hepatolithiasis.Methods:120patients with hepatolithiasis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(minimally invasive surgery combined with drug therapy)and the control group(minimally invasive surgical treatment)with60cases in each.Results:Compared with the control group,the cure rate of the observation group was relatively higher,and the rate of residual stones,recurrence rate and complication rate were relatively lower.The levels of TBIL and ALT of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the minimally invasive surgical treatment of hepatolithiasis,combined with the application of drug treatment can further enhance the safety and effectiveness of clinical treatment.
