中医治疗老年慢性支气管炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis in the elderly

目的:探讨中医治疗老年慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性支气管炎患者76例,分为常规组和治疗组,分别实施常规西医治疗及中医治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组的有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中医治疗老年慢性支气管炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis in the elderly.Methods:76patients with chronic bronchitis were selected.They were divided into the routine group and the treatment group.The two groups were treated with conventional western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine respectively.We compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis in the elderly was significant.
