中医辨证论治功能性子宫出血的可行性研究

Feasibility of syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM for uterine functional bleeding

目的:探讨中医辨证论治功能性子宫出血的可行性。方法:收治功能性子宫出血患者78例,随机分为常规组和中医辨证组。常规组采用西药治疗,中医辨证组在常规组基础上加用中医辨证论治,比较两组治疗效果。结果:中医辨证组治疗效果、月经恢复正常时间、Hb水平、子宫内膜厚度均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证论治功能性子宫出血的可行性高,可有效改善子宫内膜厚度和血红蛋白,加速月经复常。

Objective:To explore the feasibility of syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM for uterine functional bleeding.Methods:78patients with uterine functional bleeding were selected.They were randomly divided into the conventional group and the TCM group.The conventional group was treated with western medicine.The TCM group added syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM on the basis of the conventional group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the TCM group,the effect of treatment,the period of normal menstruation,the level of HB and the thickness of endometrium were significantly better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The feasibility of syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM for uterine functional bleeding was high.It can effectively improve endometrial thickness and hemoglobin and accelerate menstruation recurrence.
