三黄三草退黄汤合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎残留性黄疸的临床研究

Clinical study of Sanhuang Sancao Tuihuang decoction combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules in the treatment of residual jaundice of chronic hepatitis B

目的:探讨三黄三草退黄汤合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎残留性黄疸的临床疗效。方法:收治残留性黄疸患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用保肝退黄基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用熊去氧胆酸胶囊合三黄三草退黄汤,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组肝功能指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三黄三草退黄汤合熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎残留性黄疸的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Sanhuang Sancao Tuihuang decoction combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules in the treatment of residual jaundice of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:80patients with residual jaundice were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with basic treatment of liver protection and removing jaundice,and the observation group added Sanhuang Sancao Tuihuang decoction combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The liver function indexes of the observation group were obviously better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Sanhuang Sancao Tuihuang decoction combined with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules in the treatment of residual jaundice of chronic hepatitis B was significant.
