独活寄生汤对肝肾亏虚型绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨密度的影响及疗效观察

Effect of Duhuojisheng decoction on bone mineral density in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis of liver and kidney deficiency type and observation on its curative effect

目的:探讨独活寄生汤对肝肾亏虚型绝经后骨质疏松症(PMO)患者骨密度的影响及疗效。方法:收治PMO患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组。两组均予以钙尔奇D口服,观察组加用独活寄生汤。观察两组治疗前后骨密度(BMD)值的变化,并比较其临床疗效。结果:治疗半年后,两组腰椎及髋部BMD值均较前明显上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组上升幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05);同时观察组临床总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤治疗肝肾亏虚型PMO疗效较肯定,能增加患者骨密度,改善骨痛症状。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Duhuojisheng decoction on bone mineral density in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis of liver and kidney deficiency type and its curative effect.Methods:80patietns with PMO were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.They were all treated with oral Caltrate D.The observation group was treated with Duhuojisheng decoction.The changes of bone mineral density(BMD)before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results:After six months treatment,the BMD values of lumbar and hip in the two groups were all higher than before the treatment(P<0.05or P<0.01),and the rising rate of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Duhuojisheng decoction in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type PMO is significant.It can increase the bone mineral density and improve the symptoms of bone pain.
