Significance of heart function examination in early diagnosis of hypertension

目的:探讨心功能检查对高血压早期诊断的意义。方法:收治早期高血压患者100例,根据血压情况分为原发高血压组60例和临界轻型高血压组40例,收集同期健康体检的正常人100例作为对照组。结果:原发高血压组在CI、SVR、CO和SV方面与临界轻型高血压组和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心功能检查是诊断早期高血压的重要手段。

Objective:To investigate the significance of cardiac function test in early diagnosis of hypertension.Methods:100patients with hypertension in early stage were selected.They were divided into the primary hypertension group with60cases and the critical hypertension group with40cases.The100cases of normal persons of the same period of physical examination were collected as the control group.Results:The CI,SVR,CO and SV in the primary hypertension group were significantly different from those in the critical mild hypertension group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heart function test is an important examination method for the diagnosis of early hypertension.
