摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病中心性肥胖患者baPWV评价的动脉硬化及其影响因素。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者96例,将患者分为非中心性肥胖组(组1)和中心性肥胖组(组2)。结果:组2高血压发生率、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、直接胆红素、纤维蛋白原、baPWV水平显著高于组1(P<0.05);组2每天运动时间较组1显著更少(P<0.05);影响baPWV的主要因素有年龄、BMI、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、纤维蛋白原及直接胆红素。结论:中心性肥胖的2型糖尿病患者高血压患病率高,运动治疗不达标,血糖、血脂控制较差,动脉硬化性疾病发病危险性高。直接胆红素、纤维蛋白原是影响baPWV的独立影响因素。
Objective:To investigate the atherosclerosis of baPWV in type2diabetic patients with central obesity and its influencing factors.Methods:96patients with type2diabetes mellitus were selected.The patients were divided into the non central obesity group(group1)and the central obesity group(group2).Results:The incidence of hypertension,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,glycerol three,direct bilirubin,fibrinogen and baPWV in group2were significantly higher than those in the group1(P<0.05).The daily exercise time of group2was significantly lower than that of group1(P<0.05).The main influencing factors of baPWV were age,BMI,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglyceride,fibrinogen and direct bilirubin.Conclusion:The high prevalence of central obesity in patients with type2diabetes with hypertension,substandard exercise therapy,blood glucose,blood lipid control is poor.The risk of atherosclerotic diseases with high incidence,direct bilirubin and fibrinogen are independent factors affecting baPWV.
