尿液分析仪与显微镜检验尿潜血的效果对比观察

Comparative observation on the effect of urine analyzer and microscopic examination on urine occult blood

目的:探讨尿液分析仪与显微镜检验尿潜血的效果。方法:收治患者200例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组使用显微镜检验尿潜血,观察组使用尿液分析仪检验尿潜血。结果:观察组阳性检出率、检测满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与显微镜检验相比,应用尿液分析仪检验尿潜血的效果更佳。

Objective:To investigate the urine analyzer and microscopic examination of urine occult blood.Methods:200hospitalized patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with100cases in each.Patients in the control group using microscopic examination of urine occult blood,while in the observation group using urine analyzer urine occult blood test.Results:The positive rate and satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with microscopic examination,urine analyzer of urine occult blood test has better application effect.
