摘要 目的:探讨经颅彩色多普勒超声发泡试验技术在中青年偏头痛诊断中的应用价值。方法:随机选择中青年偏头痛患者218例,应用经颅彩色多普勒发泡试验测定颅内栓子信号,并进行分析。结果:<35岁的偏头痛患者近一半在颅内能检测到微栓子信号。结论:中青年偏头痛患者颅内栓子是引起偏头痛发作的一个主要病因。 Objective:To investigate the value of transcranial color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of young and middle-aged migraine.Methods:218young and middle-aged migraine patients were randomly selected.We used TCD foam test to determine the intracranial micro emboli signal and analyzed.Results:Less than half of migraine patients under35years of age can detect micro emboli in the brain.Conclusions:Intracranial micro emboli in young and middle-aged migraine sufferers are a major cause of migraine attacks.
