综合护理对反复呼吸道感染患儿症状消失时间的影响研究

Influence of comprehensive care on symptom disappearance time in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

目的:探讨综合护理对反复呼吸道感染患儿症状消失时间的影响。方法:收治反复呼吸道感染患儿74例,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理应用于反复呼吸道感染患儿,能有效缩短临床症状消失时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the influence of comprehensive care on symptom disappearance time in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods:74cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given comprehensive care.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms was significantly shorter than the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive care for children with recurrent respiratory tract infection can effectively shorten the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of complications.
