优质护理对急性闭角型青光眼患者眼压的影响

Effect of high quality care on intraocular pressure of patients with acute angle closure glaucoma

目的:分析对急性闭角型青光眼患者予以优质护理对眼压的影响状况。方法:收治急性闭角型青光眼患者72例,平分两组。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以优质护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果:观察组的眼压正常率及护理满意度相较于对照组明显更高,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性闭角型青光眼患者实施优质护理,能够使眼压状况显著改善,有助于患者康复。

Objective:To analyze the effect of high quality care on intraocular pressure of patients with acute angle closure glaucoma.Methods:72patients with acute angle closure glaucoma were divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high quality nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The normal rate of IOP and the degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with acute angle closure glaucoma,the implementation of high quality care measures can significantly improve the intraocular pressure,and help patients achieve rehabilitation.
