助产护理干预对高龄产妇分娩方式及产程的影响分析

Influence of midwifery nursing intervention on the mode of delivery and labor process of elderly women

目的:研究、分析助产护理干预对高龄产妇分娩方式及产程的影响。方法:收治高龄产妇122例,分两组。常规护理组采用常规护理方案,助产护理组采用助产护理干预。记录相关指标。结果:助产护理组高龄产妇自然分娩例数较常规护理组多,助产护理组的自然分娩率77.05%,远高于常规护理组的59.02%。常规护理组剖宫产例数较助产护理组多。助产护理组产妇的第一产程、第二产程以及总产程所用时间少于常规护理组。结论:助产护理干预能够减轻高龄产妇的心理压力,有利于高龄产妇的分娩,同时减少了产妇分娩的时间,护理效果较为明显。

Objective:To study the influence of midwifery nursing intervention on the mode of delivery and the process of labor in elderly women.Methods:122advanced maternal age women were divided into the two groups.The routine nursing group adopted routine nursing program and midwifery nursing group adopted midwifery nursing intervention.We recorded the related indicators.Results:The number of completed delivery by natural childbirth in the midwife care group was more than that in the routine nursing group,and the rate of admission was77.05%in the midwifery care group,which was much higher than that in the routine nursing group(59.02%).The routine care group was finally delivered by caesarean section,and the number of women who completed the delivery was relatively large.The first stages of labor,the second stage of labor and the total duration of childbirth in the care group were less than those in the routine care group,and the utilization time of the first care process in the midwifery group was more than1hour in the routine care group.Conclusion:Midwifery nursing intervention can reduce the psychological pressure of elderly women,and is conducive to the delivery of elderly women,while reducing the delivery time of maternal labor,the effect of care is more obvious.
