高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊手术的围手术期护理研究

Perioperative nursing for elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探讨实施腹腔镜胆囊手术的高龄患者围手术期护理干预效果。方法:收治高龄胆囊病患者60例,均采用腹腔镜胆囊手术治疗。患者被随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用系统化围手术期护理,对照组采用常规手术护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组护理效果、临床指标、并发症发生率和护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期护理方式在高龄胆囊病患者腹腔镜手术中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative nursing for elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:60elderly patients with gallbladder disease were selected.They were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.All patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was given systematic perioperative nursing,and the control group was given routine surgical care.We compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the nursing effect,clinical index,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of perioperative nursing for elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy was significant.
