现代大学制度视域下高校工会职能定位及其实现路径

Function Orientation and Work Path of Trade Unions in Universities under Modern Universities System Field

现代大学制度以学术自治和学术自由为追求,体现办学的开放性和人本性。高校工会在现代大学制度框架中,要进一步深化和完善新职能,发挥依法管理职能、民主管理职能、监督及宣传教育职能和大学文化引领与建设职能。在工作实践中,高校工会要履行独立社会团体法人身份赋予的责权:以社会团体独立法人身份参与现代大学的制度建设;以服务教学科研为己任,顺应现代大学学术性的组织特征;积极推动校务公开,大力弘扬现代大学制度的开放性精神;坚持以人为本,塑造高尚师德,培育校园人文精神。

Modern universities system purchases autonomy and freedom of academy,embodying the openness and humanism of school-running.In this field,trade unions in universities need to deepen and improve their new functions of governing by law,democratic management,supervision and publicity education,direction and construction of university cultures.Trade unions also need to perform their duties entitled by the identity as legal person of independent social organization in practice as followings:participate in the construction of modern university system as the legal person of independent social organization;take serving teaching and research as its own mission and adapt to the characteristics academic natures of modern universities;actively promote campusaffair publicity and enhance openness of modern universities system;insist on people-orientation,shape noble vocational morality of teachers and cultivate humanistic spirit of universities.
