摘要
针对某设备的需求,设计了L波段收发组件.首先提出了系统的总体设计方案,然后采用电荷泵双混频、双平衡混频等技术,对该系统中的L波段本振源、上变频器、低噪声放大器进行了设计,最后基于ADS软件对输出频谱、相位噪声、驻波比等指标进行了优化.仿真结果表明了该方案的可行性.
This paper develops an L-band transceiver to meet the demand of a certain equipment.Firstly the paper puts forward a general design scheme,and then adopts charge pump double mixing,double balanced mixing,etc.to design the vibration source,up-converter and low noise amplifier of L-band in the system.Finally ADS software is used to optimize the output frequency spectrum,phase noise,VSWR and other indexes.The simulation result verifies the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
