肿痛安胶囊对老年肱骨干骨折伴桡神经损伤患者VAS评分、临床症状及神经功能的影响

The Effects of the Swollen Angina Capsule on the VAS Score, Clinical Symptoms and Neurological Functions of the Patients with Radial Nerve Injury

目的:探究肿痛安胶囊对老年肱骨干骨折伴桡神经损伤患者VAS评分、临床症状及神经功能的影响。方法:将2014年1月—2017年1月在我院接受治疗的60例老年肱骨干骨折伴桡神经损伤患者作为研究对象,并给予随机分组,对照组30例,术后给予单纯甲钴胺片口服治疗;干预组30例,在对照组基础上加用肿痛安胶囊治疗,对两组患者治疗后VAS评分、上肢麻木症状改善情况以及神经功能恢复程度进行综合评价。结果:干预组患者治疗后1周、4周、6周的VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;干预组治疗后的1周、4周、6周的麻木症状VAS评分与对照组呈现明显差异(P<0.05),存在统计学意义;且干预组治疗后有21例患者神经功能损伤恢复为优,7例表现为良,优良率达到93.3%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,两组差异较大(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论:采用肿痛安胶囊治疗老年肱骨干骨折伴桡神经损伤,能够起到降低疼痛、缓解上肢麻木的作用,促进患者神经功能恢复,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of the Swollen Angina capsule on the VAS score,clinical symptoms and neurological functions of the patients with the elderly humeral bone fracture with radial nerve injury.Methods:60cases of humeral fractures in elderly patients with radial nerveinjury from January2014to January2017in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(30cases,postoperatively pure cobalt methyl amine oral treatment);and intervention group(30cases,on the basis of the control group,combined with sore capsule treatment).After treatment,VAS score,upper limb numbness symptoms and a comprehensive evaluation of degree of nervous function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of patients in the intervention group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant in the first week,4weeks and6weeks after treatment.There was a significant difference between the VAS score and the control group in the1week,4weeks and6weeks after treatment of the intervention group(P<0.05).And intervention group after treatment of21patients with neurologic injury recovery is optimal,7cases of benign,was93.3%,significantly higher than the control group,70.0%of the differences in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Swollen Angina capsule for the treatment of humeral fractures associated with radial nerve injury in old age,can help reduce pain,alleviate the effect of upper limb numbness,promote nerve functional recovery,thus it is worthy of popularization and application.
