恩度联合放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效观察和对血清VEGF的影响研究

Effect of Endostar combined with Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy on Advanced Esophageal Carcinoma and Its Effect on Serum VEGF

目的观察恩度与放化疗联合使用治疗中晚期食管癌患者的临床疗效以及对患者血清VEGF表达的影响。方法将62例中晚期食管癌患者分为联合组和一般组,对一般组患者实施放化疗治疗,对联合组患者实施恩度联合放化疗治疗。结果治疗2个月后,联合组患者的疾病缓解率较一般组患者高,P<0.05。治疗前两组患者的血清VEGF表达水平比较无明显差异,P>0.05,治疗2个月后联合组患者的血清VEGF表达水平较一般组患者低,P<0.05。结论恩度与放化疗联合使用治疗中晚期食管癌患者,能够有效降低患者血清VEGF表达水平,改善患者预后。

Objective To observe the effect of Endostar combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy are used in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer patients with the clinical curative effect and effect on the expression of serum VEGF in the patients with.Methods62cases of patients with advanced esophageal cancer points for the combined group and the normal group and general group of patients the implementation of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment,to patients in the combination group implementation of Endostar combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Results After2months of treatment,a group of patients with remission rate is generally high in patients with P<0.05.Two groups of patients before treatment serum VEGF expression had no significant difference,the level of P>0.05,after2months of treatment group serum VEGF expression level is generally low in patients with P<0.05.Conclusion Endostar combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy are used in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer patients,can effectively reduce the levels of serum VEGF expression level,improve the prognosis of the patients.
