甲氨蝶呤联合小剂量泼尼松治疗类风湿关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Methotrexate and Low Dose of Prednisone in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的为有效提高类风湿性关节炎患者的生活质量,临床探究不同剂量泼尼松与甲氨蝶联合用药效果。方法选取我院2014年9月至2015年8月96例因类风湿关节炎入院治疗的患者,按挂号单双数分为观察1组48例、观察2组48例。观察1组给予甲氨蝶与中等剂量泼尼松,观察2组使用小剂量泼尼松与甲氨蝶联合用药,观察两组治疗效果以及治疗前后关节压痛指数、晨僵时间、类风湿因子(RF)指标变化情况。结果观察2组临床治疗率为93.8%,观察1组为81.3%,观察2组较观察1组疗效好,P<0.05;治疗后观察2组较观察1组各指标恢复情况好,P<0.05。结论临床治疗类风湿关节炎患者时采用小剂量泼尼松与甲氨蝶联合用药,可有效改善患者症状,患者恢复好、疗效高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of low dose of Prednisone and Methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Method96RA patients treated from September2014to August2015in our hospital were selected.The subjects were divided into two groups according to the odd or even registration number,48cases each group.Group1took Methotrexate and moderate dose of Prednisone;Group2took low dose of Prednisone and Methotrexate.The clinical effect as well as the index of articular pain,morning stiffness time and RF for two groups was observed.Result The clinical effective rate of Group2(93.8%)was higher than that of Group1(81.3%)(P<0.05);after treatment,the index of Group2was better than that of Group1(P<0.05).Conclusion The low dose of Prednisone and Methotrexate has an obvious effect in RA patients,can efficiently improve the patient’s symptoms and promote its fast recovery.
