甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的研究

Study on Mecobalamin Injection in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的对甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果研究。方法选取2015年4月至2016年4月在大连港医院就诊的40例糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组20例,采用甲钴胺注射液治疗肌内注射,试验组20例采用甲钴胺注射液静脉注射治疗,比较两组患者的周围神经病变总体症状(TSS)评分。结果试验组和对照组周围神经病变总体症状(TSS)评分治疗后均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较,治疗后试验组周围神经病变总体症状(TSS)评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用静脉注射甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果优于使用肌内注射.

Objective To mecobalamin injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect research.Method Selection from April2015to April2015hospital in dalian port40cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,control group20cases,using mecobalamin injection treatment,treatment group20cases using mecobalamin injection intravenous treatment,compared two groups of patients with peripheral neuropathy symptoms(TSS)score as a whole.Results The experimental group and control group in peripheral neuropathy symptoms(TSS)overall score are better than the before treatment,after treatment differences have statistical meaning with(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,the treatment group after peripheral neuropathy symptoms(TSS)overall score is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group,lower incidence of adverse reactions to test group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mecobalamin injection treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy effect is superior to use muscle injection.
