实时动态血糖监测系统在胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病患者低血糖规律中的应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的分析实时动态血糖监测系统在2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵强化治疗过程中的应用效果及其对患者低血糖的影响。方法选取我院收治的90例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分成45例对照组与45例观察组;对照组患者应用回顾式动态血糖监测系统,观察组患者应用实时动态血糖监测系统,对比两组的治疗效果。结果经治疗,观察组空腹血糖水平为(5.12±0.35)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖水平为(8.18±0.24)mmol/L;对照组相应的为(7.34±1.92)mmol/L、(11.31±1.57)mmol/L,观察组均明显低于对照组,且P<0.05。观察组患者的血糖达标时间为(5.21±0.56)d,对照组为(7.26±1.22)d,观察组明显短于对照组,且P<0.05。观察组患者使用的胰岛素剂量为(37.52±3.77)IU,对照组为(39.69±3.81)IU,观察组与对照组无显著差异,且P>0.05。观察组患者的平均血糖漂移度为(5.46±0.56)mmol/L,对照组为(8.14±1.11)mmol/L,观察组明显低于对照组,且P<0.05。结论在2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素泵强化治疗过程中使用实时动态血糖监测系统有助于进一步控制患者的血糖水平,并将其维持在相对稳定的状态,治疗效率高、效果好,具有较高的应用价值,可在临床上大力推广。
