老年性白内障患者应用临床护理路径的效果分析

The Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Senile Cataract Patients

目的探讨在老年性白内障患者治疗过程中临床护理路径的应用效果。方法选择2014年1月至2015年12月期间我院眼科收治的110例老年性白内障患者随机分为2组,分别接受常规护理干预与临床护理路径干预治疗,复查患者术后视力恢复情况,统计患者术后并发症发生情况,通过问卷调查评估患者对白内障相关知识掌握情况以及对医护服务工作满意程度,同时记录患者相关住院时间、治疗费用等。结果研究组患者术后视力恢复率以及对白内障相关知识掌握情况及对医护服务工作满意程度显著优于对照组,并发症发生率以及平均住院时间、治疗费用显著低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论在老年性白内障患者治疗中应用临床护理路径,可减少术后并发症发生,明显改善患者视力情况,提高患者对疾病的认知程度,提高临床护理质量,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of senile cataract patients.Methods Select to2014-012015-12periods in our hospital admitted in the Department of ophthalmology in110cases of senile cataract patients were randomly divided into two groups received routine nursing and clinical nursing path intervention treatment,check the patient's postoperative visual acuity,statistics of patients with postoperative complications,patients through questionnaire investigation and assessment of cataract related knowledge mastery and satisfaction with the medical service work recorded at the same time.Patients hospitalized time,the cost of treatment and so on.Results The study group of patients with postoperative visual acuity and rate of cataract related knowledge to grasp the situation and the medical service satisfaction was significantly better than the control group,incidence of complications and hospitalization time,cost of treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of senile cataract patients application of clinical nursing pathway,can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,significantly improve patients'visual acuity,improve the cognition of the patients of the disease,improve the quality of clinical nursing,has a high application value.
