制氧系统中压氮气压缩机冷却失效分析与处理

摘要 针对制氧机组中压氮气压缩机中间冷却器清洗频率高问题,改进控制沉积的化学品方案,实施了改进中间冷却器各级冷却水进出水管径和清除沉积产物、杂物等措施,有效控制了各级排气温度,满足了生产需要,同时,制氧区域新水消耗减少了77万m3/年。 To solve the problem of frequent cleaning of the middle cooler of MP nitrogen compressor in oxygen generator,the chemical program for control deposition was optimized and measures such as improving the various cooling water inlet and outlet pipe diameters and removing deposits and foreign substances were taken,which has effectively controlled the gas discharge temperature of all stages,satisfied production demand and reduced fresh water consumption of the oxygen generating zone by770,000m3annually.
