摘要
从征地冲突风险因素、征地冲突后果两个微观角度着手,诠释征地冲突风险控制目标,分析征地冲突风险控制策略,从征地冲突风险控制目标、控制策略、控制支撑体系三个层面对征地冲突风险控制体系进行探索。
The paper discussed the control system of land expropriation conflict risks through twobasic points and three aspects.From the microcosmic perspectives of land expropriation conflict riskfactors and land expropriation consequences,it interpreted the land expropriation conflict riskcontrol purpose and control strategy,explored the risk control system from three aspects of controlpurpose,strategy and system.
