Research on the Real Estate Data Exchange Modes in Sichuan Province

随着不动产统一登记工作的推进,如何更好地发挥不动产数据的作用成为各方面关注的焦点。不同部门对不动产数据的需求内容、需求频率不同,不同部门所处的网络环境也不同。因此,在研究我国在公共领域数据交换共享领域取得的成绩和经验的基础上,针对四川省不动产登记信息在省级及下属各地(市)州、区(市)县部门间的复杂网络环境下的数据交换,设计了以前置共享库和前置共享服务为基础的数据交换机制,提出了支持实时、推送、申请、摆渡4种交换方式的消息传递、数据加密、数据验证、异常处理、安全审计、服务查询和配置管理的7种共享交换服务,实现了复杂网络环境下的应用系统的互连互通和数据的安全交互。

With the achievements of unified registration of real estate,how to play the rolemore efficiency becomes the focus of all aspects.For the issue of different requirements of dataexchange among the various departments,the data exchanging involved in the registration of realestate information,and the data exchange across security domains.By studying the achievements andexperience in the field of public domain data exchange and sharing,the advantages and disadvantagesof the existing data exchange and sharing mechanism and the technology are analyzed.The dataexchanging methods must meet strict requirements on boundary security protection,informationintegrity,identity authentication,access control,security audit,etc.Based on front shareddatabase,we established7exchanging services and4exchanging modes.Realized the interconnectionof the application system in the complex network environment,and achieved the purpose of secureinteraction between application systems.
