新形势下广东农垦土地开发利用的困境及对策

The Dilemmas and Strategy of Land Development and Utilization of Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation Under The New Situation

当前,广东农垦的土地资源非常丰富,但是在土地开发利用方面较为低效。通过对广东农垦土地开发的政策及开发现状研究分析,结合兄弟农垦土地开发方面的经验总结,为广东农垦未来的土地开发利用提出策略建议,一方面,广东农垦要努力和地方政府合作,形成深入产城、产镇融合,努力在土地开发利用方面实现"地利共享";另一方面,广东农垦要进一步创新垦区土地利用方式和加大专业人才的培育。

At present,Guangdong agricultural reclamation is rich in land resources,but haslow efficiency in terms of land development and utilization.In this paper,through analyzing theresearch of Guangdong agricultural reclamation land development policy and development situation,the development experience of the neighboring agricultural reclamation is summarized,strategiesand suggestions are proposed for the future development and utilization of Guangdong agriculturalreclamation.On the one hand,Guangdong agricultural reclamation should make efforts to cooperatewith the local government,forming the trend of urbanization and industrial agglomeration,realizingthe“sharing of regional advantages”in the development and utilization of land;on the otherhand,Guangdong agricultural reclamation should further innovate the usage of land and enhance theprofessional talent development.
