Research on the Senior Living Satisfaction——based on the development of home care service facilities in city community

在系统梳理国内外居家养老服务设施发展和老年人居住满意度影响因素研究成果的基础上,结合社区居家养老发展实践与实地调研,构建包含社区居家养老服务设施因素的老年人居家养老模式下的居住满意度有序logit模型,实证检验居家养老服务设施对老年人居住满意度的影响,并针对改善老年人居住环境和促进社区居家养老服务设施发展的相关建议。

Based on the literature review of the development of home care services and facilitiesin city community and senior living preferences,combined with the field surveys and interviews,aordered logitmodel of the senior living satisfaction with the home care facilities in city communitywas built;then how the satisfaction of home care facility affect the senior living satisfaction wasanalyzed.Some recommendations of the development of home care facilities in city community were givento improve the senior living satisfaction.
