摘要
从2003至2016年,广州的商品住宅价格经历了大幅上涨,其根本驱动因素仍然是经济发展与人口增长所带来的城市居民在住房消费需求上的大幅增长。此外,不可否认的是,在本轮商品住宅价格上涨过程中,广州市政府所采取的许多政策措施明显起到了遏制房价上涨趋势的积极作用。
The residential prices in Guangzhou experienced a significant increase from2003to2016,its main driving factors are still the large increase in housing consumption demand of urbanresidents which brought by economic development and population growth.In addition,it is undeniablethat many of the policies taken by the government of Guangzhou city have played a positive role incurbing the rising trend of residential price.
