摘要
随着城市人口规模的扩张和城市化进程的加快,越来越多的城市建设中开始加入轨道交通的规划,其中最为主要的便属地铁。而随着地铁的建设,也给城市居民的日常生活带来越来越深的影响,尤其体现在地铁对房价的影响上。从地铁动态出行角度来研究地铁沿线住宅价格的影响因素,最终发现只有工作、教育、购物三个变量能对地铁住宅价格产生显著影响,在分析解释产生这种结果的原因后,提出相应的建议和展望。
With the rapid urban development and the rapid expansion of population size,more andmore urban construction began to join the planning of rail transit,in which the subway constructionis the most common,and the construction of the subway is also constantly affecting the daily lifeof urban residents,especially the estate.This paper is studying the influencing factors of housingprice along subway from the dynamic direction of subway.And finally found that only three variablessuch as work,education and shopping,which have a significant impact on the subway housing price,andwe explain these results,and according to the results we put forward recommendations and prospects.
