Study on The Sustainability Evaluation of Public-Private Partnerships Projects for Public Rental Housing

从公共租赁房PPP项目的特点出发提出项目可持续发展的内涵并分析了主要影响因素,然后通过综合考虑经济、社会、生态以及管理四个方面的可持续发展分析并确定了各项评价指标的内涵和权重,最终构建出公共租赁房PPP项目可持续性评价指标体系。

On the basis of considering the characteristics of Public-Private Partnerships Projectsfor public rental housing,this paper put forward the meaning of the sustainable development of PPPProjects for public rental housing and analyzed the main influencing factors.Then it analyzed anddetermined the connotations and weights of the evaluation indexes mainly from four perspectives:thesustainable development of Ecology,Economy,Society as well as Management,and finally establishedthe sustainable evaluation index system of PPP Projects for public rental housing.
