PE-RTⅡ型耐热聚乙烯保温复合塑料管的设计应用

The Design and Application of PE-RT Ⅱ Heat Resistant Polyethylene Thermal Insulation Compound Plastic Pipe

本文以某小区供暖改造工程项目为例,通过介绍PE-RTⅡ型管道材料性能及使用条件,整理管道规格的选取方法,汇总塑料管道设计计算公式,提出管道安装中连接时的注意事项,总结PE-RTⅡ型耐热聚乙烯保温复合塑料管在低温热水供暖管网工程设计中的选型过程和计算方法。

In this paper,with an actual example of a heating reconstruction project,the performance and operating conditions of PE-RT type pipe material were introduced,the selection of the pipe size and the formula for design and calculation of plastic pipe were collected.It obtained that the attentions of connection mode of pipingsysteminstallation.The selection process and calculation method of PE-RT type heat resistant polyethylene composite pipe that used in low temperature hot water heating pipe network were summarized.
