摘要
针对相控阵天线液冷系统存在的问题,提出采用热管进行热传导的冷却方式。建立了某型相控阵天线T/R组件的模型,运用Comsol Multiphysics分别对T/R组件进行自然导热冷却和热管导热冷却的仿真分析。仿真结果表明:对相控阵天线T/R组件冷却而言,热管热传导的冷却方式不仅具有良好的冷却效果,而且还解决了传统液体冷却接插头漏液,管理维护难的问题。
Aiming at the problem in the liquid cooling system of phased array antenna,using heat pipe for heat conduction is presented.The model for the T/R module of phased array antenna is established.Comsol multiphysics is applied to analyze natural cooling and heat pipe cooling for T/R module.The simulation results show that heat pipe cooling not only has a good cooling effect but also solves the problem of the traditional liquid leakage and the difficulty of management and maintenance for T/R module.
