新疆某油田单井输油管道安全管理与隐患治理研究

新疆某油田的使用时间较长,因为自然环境的原因,管道发生了腐蚀,管道泄漏现象比较严重。通过实施单井输油管线修复治理新工艺应用、应用强制电流阴极保护系统等手段,做好管道安全管理隐患治理工作,有效、快速地将管道刺漏引发的环境污染风险降至最低,减少因管道泄漏造成国家自然资源浪费,避免酿成重大事故。

Oil pipeline safety management of enterprises,especially for energy companies,in the daily production safety management,has become increasingly important in recent years,with the single well pipeline of in certain oilfield in Xinjiang increasing year by year,the service life of pipeline leakage accidents,environmental pollution event.As the new"environmental protection law of the People's Republic of China on January1,2015,in the implementation,then publish relevant management regulations of local government,supported by science and technology of environmental protection measures to be implemented as soon as possible,bring new challenges to environmental management,single well pipeline leakage affect normal production,caused a great deal of energy waste and serious environmental pollution and the huge life and property losses.
