摘要
天津市津南区是四个环城区之一,近年来该区地面沉降形势严峻,开采地下水及工程建设活动为主要的人为加剧地面沉降的因素。地下水位漏斗与沉降漏斗在该区重叠,在地下水资源管理方面,天津已经实行严格的禁采、限采条例,地下水资源开采呈逐年减少趋势;随城市化进程的加速,工程建设对区域地面沉降的影响不断累积,以工程实例分析周边区域水准监测点遭受工程建设影响程度,正确认识了工程建设对区域地面沉降的影响,在区域地面沉降管理方面,应在大型工程建设区建立专项地面沉降监测体系。
Jinnan District in Tianjin is one of the four ring cities.In recent years,the situation of land subsidence in the area has become grim,with mining groundwater and construction activities as the main man-made factors that aggravate the ground subsidence.Groundwater and sedimentation funnels in the area overlap.In the management of groundwater resources,Tianjin has implemented a strict mining ban and mining regulations.As a result,groundwater resource mining has decreased year by year.With the acceleration of urbanization process,the construction of the regional ground subsidence The impact of the project construction on the regional ground subsidence,as pertaining to land subsidence management,should be considered in the large-scale construction area by establishing a special ground settlement monitoring system.
