将供给侧结构性改革从经济学引入公共管理学的主要价值,在于破解过去和当前公共管理在改革当中存在的片段式、小修小补式的问题,转而从公共管理制度和管理者本身入手解决问题。通过对湖南长沙的治理创新"东湖夜话"为样本的分析,提出治理理念的树立,是实现多元共治新格局,增加广大民众的获得感的思路。

Applying the main value of the supply side structural reform in economics to public management,this paper is to solve the problem of fragments and minor repairs in the reform of the public administration in the past and at present,and set about the public administration system and the managers themselves.Take Changsha Night Talk by Donghu Street as a sample,the innovation of governance for Hunan,this paper intends to put forward the governance concept and realize the new pattern of pluralistic governance,thereby to increase the sense of acquisition of the public.
