摘要
以安徽广播电视大学实施"国培计划"中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程项目为例,分析了培训实施过程中存在的若干问题,提出在"互联网+"概念下,既要深化"O2O"研修模式,引导教师理解项目内涵,又要构建充分协同的管理服务模型,推动培训项目落地;通过搭建统一的选学平台,促进参训教师自主选学与诊断测评的衔接;同时采用混合评价方式,强化评价的激励和导向功能,以保证培训实效性。
This paper analyzes some problems existing in the project of improving the information and technology application capability of primary and middle school teachers,which belongs to the national training plan and carried out by Anhui Radio and TV University.It suggests that,first,under the concept of Internet+,the“O2O”pattern of research and studies should be deepened,in order to guide teachers to understand the connotation of the project.In addition,a fully-coordinated management and service pattern should be constructed,promoting the training project’s landing.Second,through constructing a unified platform of individualized learning,the connection between teachers’individualized learning and diagnostic evaluation will be accelerated.Third,employing the mixed assessment and strengthening the motivation and guidance function of assessment will ensure the effectiveness of training.
