针对“暗网”的监管机制研究

Research on the Regulation Mechanism of Dark Net

随着互联网的发展,暗网也走进了民众的视线。由于暗网具有完全匿名的特点,很快成为犯罪分子的天堂,给社会的稳定和谐带来了极大的潜在危险。文章对暗网的基本定义进行介绍,并通过分析暗网的工作原理总结出暗网在接入方式、交易方式、意识形态等方面的特点。正是由于暗网具备这些特点,也给国家安全带来了巨大的危害。笔者通过借鉴他国对暗网的监管机制,提出了符合我国国情以及网络发展实际情况的暗网监管机制。

With the development of the Internet,the dark net has entered the people’s sight.Due tothe characteristics of complete anonymity,the dark net soon becomes a paradise of criminals,and brings agreat potential danger to the security and harmony of society.The article introduces the definition of darknet and summarizes the features of access,trade,ideology by analyzing the working theory of dark net,which bring about great impact to national security.The article proposes the dark net regulatorymechanism in accordance with the actual situation of our country and the development of the network byreferring to the mechanism of other countries.
