国内民航机场的分类安检研究

Study on Classified Security in Domestic Civil Aviation Airport

近年来,国内机场的安检资源短缺与增加的民航客流量之间的矛盾日益凸显。依靠增加安检通道数量、调整安检流程、增加旅客引导、改变排队方式等提高安检效率的方法易受到机场航站楼场地布局等因素限制。借鉴以色列等国的安检经验,并结合我国实际情况将公安信息资源、民航信息资源、国际国内重大安全事件和机场巡逻记录整合为安检分类决策辅助系统并以此为依据形成一套国内机场分类安检方法的构想,可以为解决国内机场安检资源合理分配的问题提供一个参考思路。

In recent years,the contradiction between the shortage of domestic airport securityresources and the increasing passenger traffic is becoming more and more serious.By increasing thenumber of security channels,adjusting the security process,increasing passenger guide,changing the wayof queuing and other ways to improve the efficiency of security is subject to airport terminal layout andother factors.Referring to Israel in the security experience,combined with the actual national condition,proposing a airport security classification decision support system which integrated public securityinformation resources,information resources,civil aviation major security incidents and records fordomestic and international.Based on this support system,providing the idea of forming a set of domesticairport security classification method can bring forward a reference to the rational allocation of resourcesto solve domestic airport security problems.
