全瓷材料与金属烤瓷材料固定修复临床疗效对比观察

Comparative observation of clinical efficacy of all ceramic materials and metal ceramic materials for fixed repair

目的对比全瓷材料与金属烤瓷材料固定修复的临床疗效。方法 68例牙齿修复患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组给予金属烤瓷冠修复术治疗,观察组给予全瓷冠修复术治疗,比较两组临床效果及并发症情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的73.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牙龈炎、牙龈变色发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与金属烤瓷材料比较,全瓷材料固定修复治疗效果较好,可减少牙龈炎及牙龈变色发生,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of all ceramic materials and metal ceramic materials for fixed repair.Methods A total of68teeth repair patients were divided by random number table method into control group and observation group,with34cases in each group.The control group was treated with metal porcelain crown repair,and the observation group was treated with all porcelain crown repair.Comparison were made on clinical effect and complications in two groups.Results The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as94.12%than73.53%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of gingivitis and gingival discoloration than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with metal ceramic materials,all ceramic material fixed repair provides good treatment effect,and it can reduce the occurrence of gingivitis and gingival discoloration.So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
