米非司酮在妇科子宫肌瘤患者保守治疗中的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of mifepristone in the conservative treatment of women with gynecological uterine fibroids

目的探讨米非司酮在妇科子宫肌瘤保守治疗中的应用价值。方法 62例子宫肌瘤患者,均采用米非司酮进行治疗。比较治疗前后患者的子宫及肌瘤的大小、性激素水平变化,并记录用药后的不良反应。结果治疗前,患者的子宫体积为(320.84±31.36)cm3,子宫肌瘤体积为(66.44±10.49)cm3;治疗后,患者的子宫体积为(206.63±26.40)cm3,子宫肌瘤体积为(38.32±7.64)cm3。与治疗前比较,患者治疗后的子宫、子宫肌瘤体积明显缩小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗后的卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成激素、雌激素、孕酮水平明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在服药初期,4例患者出现轻度恶心症状,2例患者出现轻微的潮热,5例患者阴道干涩;用药2周后以上症状均消失。治疗期间未见严重的不良反应。结论米非司酮治疗妇科子宫肌瘤的临床疗效良好,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the application value of mifepristone in the conservative treatment of women with gynecological uterine fibroids.Methods A total of62uterine fibroids patients all treated with mifepristone.Comparison were made on size of uterus and fibroids before and after treatment and changes in sex hormone levels,and adverse reactions were recorded after medication.Results Before treatment,patients had uterus size as(320.84±31.36)cm3,uterine fibroids size as(66.44±10.49)cm3,which were(206.63±26.40)cm3and(38.32±7.64)cm3after treatment.Compared with before treatment,patients had smaller size of uterus and uterus fibroids after treatment,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,patients had obviously lower follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estrogen and progesterone levels than before treatment,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).In early stage of medication,4patients with mild nausea symptoms,2patients with mild hot flashes,5patients with vaginal dryness,and the symptoms disappeared after2weeks above of medication.No serious adverse reactions occurred during treatment.Conclusion Mifepristone provides good clinical efficacy in treating gynecological uterine fibroids,and it is worthy of promotion and use.
